Cyrillica is one of the leading Eastern European localization studios for audio-visual content. We offer a full cycle of work: from theatrical and television dubbing, to voice-overs, subtitling and video game localization, for more than 25 languages.

Since 2009, our studio has recorded more than a million minutes of content and completed more than 500 projects. Our company works with industry leaders such as Disney, Netflix, Sony, Discovery, Paramount, MTV as well as many TV channels and VOD services. Our experience of working with clients all over the world helps us to meet our customers' varied needs.

We are looking for COO of Cyrillica Europe Unit.

Unit Europe includes but not limited to legal entities in Serbia, Hungry and Austria.

Responsibilities and tasks.

The candidate will:

  • Oversee budgeting and financial reporting of the Unit.
  • Control document flow of the Unit (including contracts, invoices, memos, notifications, internal letters).
  • Conduct communications with internal workforce, clients and partners to secure timely contracts signing, invoice issuing and payments.
  • Oversee labor relationships with employees and freelancers of the Unit (including agreements, invoices, taxation)
  • Produce, file and renew all corporate documents of legal entities which comprise the Unit;
  • Establish productive communications and maintain joint efforts with management of legal entities to ensure smooth and effective functioning of the Unit.
  • If necessary, hire local staff.
  • Report directly to the Head of the Unit

Requirements.

The candidate:

  • Has bachelor’s Degree in business administration, law or finance;
  • 3+ years of professional experienced in Business Operations positions in Eastern Europe;
  • Fluent in Hungarian.

  • Speaks English (Russian optional).

  • Has experience working with corporate finances and documentation.

  • Has good communication and leadership skills.

  • Knowledge of Hungarian legislation and corporate law is a great advantage;
  • Structured and detail-oriented individual who can oversee processes;
