Syberry is a software service company with ~150 employees in Belarus, Poland, and the US. Our clients are American startups and businesses.

We are currently looking for an UI/UX Designer to join our team.

Our Project.

The client delivers Criminal Background Check services through a technology platform for running enterprise business in the Background Checks and Compliance domain. Their process involves retrieving and processing information through a network of vendors who conduct jurisdictional searches both in the United States and internationally.

Critical parts of the product are user interfaces in the following initiatives:

  • Interfaces for the customers (B2B) to interact with the platform in the most seamless way: create orders, know their status, get the reports etc.
  • Interfaces for the applicants/candidates (B2C) where they can share their personal data for background checks, get the results etc.
  • Interfaces for the customer's teams who run the business

Responsibilities:

  • Create a comprehensive design system for the enterprise platform that supports the complex functionality of the background check services while ensuring consistency and efficiency in the design process.
  • Design intuitive user interfaces for various platform features, considering the diverse needs of clients across different industries and ensuring that complex workflows are presented in a clear, user-friendly manner.
  • Communicate directly with the customer in English to understand requirements, present design solutions, and gather feedback.
  • Collaborate with the development team to ensure design feasibility and provide output that they can effectively use for coding.
  • Drive design decisions through a product-focused lens, balancing user needs, technical constraints, and business objectives to create effective solutions.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design for web applications.
  • Demonstrated experience in creating and maintaining design systems, with proven ability to ensure design consistency across complex products.
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma or similar design tools, including component libraries, auto-layout, and design system management. Experience in creating and documenting reusable design patterns and components.
  • Strong English communication skills (B2 or above) for effective collaboration with stakeholders, including the ability to present design solutions, participate in design reviews, and gather feedback directly with the US-based customer.
  • Independent problem-solving capabilities with a product-minded approach, demonstrating the ability to make informed design decisions aligned with business objectives and user needs.
  • Meticulous attention to UI details, including typography, spacing, color theory, and accessibility standards, ensuring high-quality visual execution across all deliverables.
  • Enterprise UX projects in portfolio that demonstrate understanding and application of good UX principles.
