English level: B2 or higher. Applications without a portfolio will not be reviewed.

Candidate location is also important: Not Russia or Belarus.

We're seeking a talented creative producer for commercials to join the Newmindstart team.

Newmindstart.com is an online platform for self-development, health enhancement, and well-being through yoga, meditation, dance, and singing, offering courses and live sessions by global experts.

Abundance of knowledge: Today, we offer over 120+ awesome courses in English, each of which is a key to new horizons.

❇️Responsibilities:
- Review all courses submitted to the department;
- Adapt authors' texts to sales-optimized page structures and scripts according to the well-established technology in our company;
- Set tasks and control the results of executors (copywriters, translators, editors, designers);
- Develop creative materials for courses in collaboration with the advertising department, testing hypotheses for better sales through advertising;
- Maintain statistics, monitor figures, document packaging processes, and continuously improve them.

❇️Our Candidate:
- Has an experience in producing sales-oriented videos (ads or reels),
- Understands how to attract attention in video and formulate selling points in text,
- Has an eye for current trends on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok,
- Has an English level of B2 or higher,
- Is interested in the topic of women's self-development.
Preferable:
- Has an experience in producing landing pages,
- Has relevant experience in an advertising agency,
- Has experience in the international markets.
