We are looking for a skilled and passionate PHP Developer with strong expertise in the Laravel framework to join our team. The ideal candidate is not just a coder but a thoughtful engineer who writes clean, maintainable code, follows best practices, and understands the value of great communication and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain web applications using Laravel and modern PHP
  • Write well-structured, efficient, and testable code following SOLID principles and design patterns
  • Collaborate with team members on Git-based workflows (branches, pull requests, code reviews)
  • Participate in planning, daily stand-ups, and team discussions
  • Take a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
  • Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical team members

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in IT with a focus on backend development
  • Strong knowledge of PHP (5–8) and hands-on experience with Laravel (v8+ preferred)
  • Solid understanding of OOP and SOLID principles
  • Experience with Git in a collaborative environment
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and modern development tools
  • Good working knowledge of MySQL and PostgreSQL
  • Basic experience with NoSQL solutions (e.g. MongoDB, Elasticsearch)
  • Good English communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Proactive mindset, ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Nice to have:

  • Experience with other PHP frameworks (Symfony, Yii, etc.)
  • Frontend development skills (JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Vue.js or similar)
  • Experience with automated testing
  • Familiarity with containerization principles and Docker
  • Experience working in Agile teams
  • Familiarity with message brokers (e.g. RabbitMQ)
