Customers support team lead
In our fast growing project in Uganda we are looking for a high professional Customers support team lead. This role involves leading and motivating a team of Customer Service Officers and Dispatch Coordinators to ensure the delivery of exceptional service to our clients. The Customer Support Team Lead will also be responsible for negotiating new number plate installation quantities with clients. Strong leadership, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to customer satisfaction are essential for success in this position.
Responsibilities:
Supervise, mentor, and motivate a team of Customer Service Officers and Dispatch coordinators.
Monitor team performance and ensure adherence to quality standards.
Manage team schedules, time off requests, and workload distribution.
Ensure the team provides timely, accurate, and professional customer support across all channels (phone, email, chat, etc.).
Maintain throughout the team a deep understanding of company services.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
Communicate with clients about the planning amount of installation of new number plates weekly.
Planning frequency of business trips for teams across Uganda.
Qualifications:
A degree in management or a related discipline
Not less than 6 years of experience in a customer service role, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory position.
Ready to relocate to Uganda
English level not less then C1
Strong customer service orientation and a passion for customer satisfaction.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Ability to maintain calm and professional demeanor in stressful situations.
