Our team of 12 people (full-stack, Odoo, & IOS developers) is passionate about agile project management and open-source technologies, ensuring that we provide innovative digital solutions that drive efficiency and growth.
We are currently looking to expand our team by hiring a QA Odoo Manual Tester. Please note that you will be working from 8/9 am to 5/6 pm EST (may be adjusted per project needs).
As our QA Odoo Manual Tester, your responsibilities will include:

Planning test strategies based on business and technical requirements;

Defining test scope and objectives for Odoo modules;

Executing manual test cases to validate functionality, performance, and usability;

Performing regression testing on updated or fixed modules;

Testing integrations with third-party applications and custom modules;

Identifying and documenting defects in issue tracking tools (e.g., JIRA);

Collaborating with developers to resolve issues promptly;
-
Maintaining test documentation such as test cases, defect logs, and execution reports;

Contributing to user manuals and training materials;
-
Supporting user acceptance testing (UAT) and assisting end-users during deployment.
We are looking for someone who has:

3+ years of experience in QA/testing, with at least 2 years focused on Odoo ERP systems;

Familiarity with Odoo modules (e.g., Sales, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, HR)l

Understanding of SDLC and QA processes;

Basic understanding of Python and XML (used in Odoo);

Experience with bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Redmine);

Knowledge of database query testing (PostgreSQL is a plus);

English - at least B1 level;

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills;

Strong written and verbal communication skills;

Team collaboration and adaptability.
Education: bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
