Role Overview
The Marketing Manager will develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to strengthen Cyber Staff’s brand and attract new clients. This role involves a mix of strategic planning, content creation, social media management, and digital marketing.
What You’ll Do:

Develop and test lead generation hypotheses across multiple channels

Launch and manage campaigns in paid ads (Google, LinkedIn, Facebook), SEO, and email marketing

Create content and creatives tailored for SEO and lead acquisition (including maintaining a blog for organic traffic growth)

Analyze performance metrics, optimize conversion rates, and reallocate budgets for the best ROI

Work across global markets: USA, Europe, MENA, CIS
Requirements:

3+ years of B2B marketing experience in IT, tech recruitment, or related fields

Proven hands-on expertise in paid ads, SEO, email campaigns, and lead generation

Ability to own the entire lead generation funnel, from strategy to execution and optimization

Strong skills in analytics and performance tracking to ensure consistent growth within budget
