Position Overview:
As a Customer Support Agent, you will assist clients through live chat, e-mail, and phone calls. You will address inquiries related to payments, bet calculations, account details, and other online casino services.
Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and professional responses to customer queries.
- Resolve issues related to payments, account updates, and bet calculations.
- Redirect specific technical problems to relevant departments.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Hindi and English (written and verbal).
- Confident user of PC and basic office tools (MS Office/GSuite or similar).
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts (including nights).
- Prior experience in customer service is a plus but not required.
