Summary of the Position: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team.The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and supporting product and informational websites, integrating digital solutions to enhance internal workflows, and advancing our e-commerce initiatives. This role demands a strategic thinker with excellent project management skills and a keen understanding of digital marketing dynamics.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Web-sites/platforms: Develop and support Roche websites, platforms, and mobile applications (both external & internal), ensuring technical development, design, and content production.
  • Digital media: Develop digital media promotion tactics, create and launch media plans, ensure analytics and reporting, and test new channels and tools.
  • SMM: Manage social media channels, incl. content strategy, collaborate on content creation, publishing, analytics, and reporting, and implement new approaches and tools.
  • E-commerce: Participate in e-commerce channel development via ensuring marketing activities and media promotion in the channel, content preparation, activity plans, campaign launches, performance analytics, and reporting.
  • Omni-channel communication: Act as a key partner in developing and implementing communication strategies with customers, using data from Roche solutions.
  • Special projects: Develop and execute special projects in digital channels and manage associated agencies/partners.
  • Monitor digital market trends and competitor activities, analyze trends, and prepare recommendations for stakeholders. Initiate testing of new digital approaches.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders (e.g., management team, sales, medical, contract management, customers, service providers, agencies) and drive necessary decisions.
  • Ensure accurate budget planning, control, and reporting for projects. Maintain document flow with external partners.

Qualifications and Requirements:

3+ years of successful working experience in digital marketing, including website development, and social media management for Pharm/FMCG/medical devices businesses. Experience of working with CRM systems and data compliance regulations.

  • Experience in working with e-commerce channels will be an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, strategies, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in content creation, management, and publishing tools.
  • Analytical skills to evaluate digital trends, campaign performance, and competitor activities.
  • Experience with managing digital projects and collaborating with agencies/partners.
  • Proficiency in English at a level not lower than Intermediate.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, presentation development, and knowledge of Google tools.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
  • Creative mindset and ability to innovate.
