We're looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Controller to join our team and play a key role in managing financial operations, reporting, and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the monthly closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.

  • Prepare and analyze management reports for the group of companies,

  • Assist in the preparation of project budgets, track budget execution, and identify variances, ensuring financial discipline.

  • Drive automation and optimization of financial processes, identifying and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency.

  • Collaborate with accountants and internal teams to organize and manage financial closing processes.

  • Support strategic financial planning, forecasting, and business modeling activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in financial controlling, accounting, or auditing within an international environment.

  • Strong understanding of financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting.

  • Experience working with multiple jurisdictions and knowledge of international financial regulations would be considered an advantage.

  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Google Sheets (pivot tables, vlookup, importrange, power query).

  • Experience with accounting and financial management software; QuickBooks proficiency is a plus.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • English level Upper-Intermediate or higher (both written and spoken).

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in auditing or working with external auditors.

  • Knowledge of financial consolidation tools such as Joiin, SAP, 1C etc.

  • Hands-on experience with financial process automation and optimization.
