Responsibilities:
- Supporting staff of Director and above level in all secretarial and administrative matters in day-to-day routine.
- Arranging external and internal meetings, conference-calls and Microsoft Teams-calls.
- Assisting in arranging business trips and taxis in internal KPMG systems and providing support on the related issues to other staff, assisting with team-trips.
- Preparing and organizing timely transfer of documents to Finance department and keeping an electronic documents register.
- Assisting in department events organization.
- Providing back-up to other Department Assistants to ensure the stability and continuity of the service.
Requirements:
- Completed higher education.
- Upper-Intermediate English (both oral and written), literate Russian.
- Administrative experience from 2 years.
- Computer literacy in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point).
- Telephone and business etiquette competence.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Effective time-management skills, ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Proactive approach to problem solving.
- Readiness to work overtimes.
