Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Assessment Center Lead to oversee and enhance our employee assessment and development programs. This role will focus on implementing effective assessment processes, providing structured feedback, supporting HR functions, and driving career development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent assessment, training adaptation, and managerial coaching.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage assessment procedures to support employee growth and development.
- Facilitate 360-degree assessments and ensure effective implementation across departments.
- Oversee the delivery of personalized developmental feedback to employees.
- Support the creation and execution of individual development plans.
- Collaborate with training teams to update and refine learning programs based on assessment data.
- Provide guidance and support to managers on feedback and employee development practices.
- Partner with HR teams to enhance coaching and feedback delivery.
- Lead initiatives related to career development and talent management.
- Participate in candidate assessment processes and refine evaluation methods.
- Develop and implement talent pool programs to support long-term workforce planning.
- Ensure efficient operations and resource allocation within the assessment center.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in employee assessment, talent development, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of assessment methodologies and feedback strategies.
- Experience in designing and implementing career development programs.
- Ability to work collaboratively with HR, training teams, and business leaders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
