Technical Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to join our team. As a Technical Project Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring that customers have a smooth onboarding experience, receive top-tier support, and successfully integrate our solutions. You will work closely with customers and internal teams to manage multiple projects and drive successful outcomes.

This is an on-site vacancy, 5 days a week in our Tbilisi office (opening soon).

Responsibilities

• Own the customer onboarding process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth go-live experience
• Act as the main point of contact for customers, solving technical issues and ensuring satisfaction
• Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Perform minor programming tasks in Python to help customize and troubleshoot solutions
• Collaborate with customers to understand their challenges and provide tailored solutions
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance customer success and product adoption

Qualifications

• Experience with Python
• A technical background with experience managing projects from start to finish
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a bonus)
• Based in Tbilisi and ready to work on-site
