Information Security Specialist - Card Processing

Position Summary

Our company is looking for an experienced Information Security Specialist to help build and maintain a comprehensive data protection strategy for our company. We develop fintech solutions for financial institutions across Latin America, including card data processing and financial reporting applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with PCI DSS and PCI SSF standards
• Implement and maintain security for infrastructure, source code, and employee workstations
• Manage corporate security tools: MDM, IDM (SSO, SAML), and access controls
• Deploy and maintain centralized logging and monitoring systems (SIEM)
• Lead and support annual PCI certification processes
• Analysis of security architecture and design of new products and services
• Interaction with developers, product managers, analysts in terms of building SSDLC
• Interaction with external SOC, incident response, information collection and setting tasks for incident resolution
• Management of implementation and modernization of information security systems and tools

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in information security
• Strong knowledge of PCI DSS, SSF, OWASP, and ISO/IEC 27001
• One or more certifications: CISSP, CISA, CISM, CEH, or PCI QSA
• Experience with Linux, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems
• Fluent English B2-C1-C2 is a must-have, confirmed by certification.
• Ability to communicate effectively with English-speaking team members

Work Conditions

• Full remote work from any location
• Work schedule is 5/2 Monday - Friday, Panama (GMT-5) daylight timezone
• Professional service contract
• Payment to foreign banks using a global payroll company
