UI/UX Designer

We Are Hiring: Strong Middle+ UI/UX Designer

Location: Tashkent | 0.5 FTE (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM) | Online

Aros.uz is one of the largest mobile accessories and spare parts e-commerce platforms in Uzbekistan. We develop all of our systems in-house — from employee management systems to warehouse analytics, Telegram bots, and internal dashboards.

We create internal platforms, web tools, and automated systems used by hundreds of our employees across Uzbekistan.

We are looking for a UI/UX designer who can not only create beautiful interfaces but also think through the system, convenience, and product logic.

You will work with the backend, frontend, and product teams to solve real business problems through design.

What we expect from you:

- Experience working on at least 2 real projects (mobile apps, web apps, admin panels)
- Strong skills in Figma (components, auto layout, design systems, prototyping)
- Understanding of UX principles: user flow, wireframes, CJM, interactive prototypes
- Basic UI knowledge: typography, layout, visual hierarchy, color contrast
- Ability to follow technical requirements, explain design decisions, and communicate with developers
- A growth mindset and proactive thinking

The following will be a plus:

- Experience with design systems
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS (for better collaboration with developers)
- Motion design experience (Lottie, After Effects, etc.)
- Ability to read documentation in English
