Key Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Collaborate with our game teams to develop, implement, and refine systems for an advertising experience in our games
- Analyzing and sharing recommendations for ad placement and formats to continually enhance performance
- Work closely with game teams on the testing and implementation of networks
- Analyse and optimize advertising waterfalls, adjustments, and improvements, add new partners
Requirements:
- 2+ years experience in ad monetization
- Comprehensive knowledge of ad monetization technology, tools, and systems
- Strong organizational and communication skills, capable of working closely with both internal teams and external partners
- Previous experience collaborating with partners such as IronSource, AdMob, AppLovin, Unity, Vungle, etc.
- Focus on data-driven decision-making and recommendations
- English Proficiency upper-intermediate and higher
- A passion for gaming
It will be a plus if you have:
- SQL, Tableau, and Python skills
- User Acquisition experience
