Key Responsibilities:

Support the Sales Manager with daily operations and administrative tasks

Assist in creating and publishing engaging content on LinkedIn

Conduct market research and gather insights to support sales strategies

Maintain and regularly update customer databases and CRM systems
-
Communicate with clients via email and phone, ensuring timely and professional responses
-
Help prepare sales reports, client presentations, and commercial proposals
-
Coordinate internal workflows related to sales activities
-
Perform additional administrative duties as required
Requirements:

Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-
Attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset

Experience in LinkedIn content creation is a plus
-
Prior experience in sales support or administrative roles is an advantage

Previous experience in the IT industry is required

Willingness to work according to U.S. time zones (4:00 - 13:00 EST)
