Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Sales Manager with daily operations and administrative tasks

  • Assist in creating and publishing engaging content on LinkedIn

  • Conduct market research and gather insights to support sales strategies

  • Maintain and regularly update customer databases and CRM systems

  • Communicate with clients via email and phone, ensuring timely and professional responses

  • Help prepare sales reports, client presentations, and commercial proposals

  • Coordinate internal workflows related to sales activities

  • Perform additional administrative duties as required

Requirements:

  • Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset

  • Experience in LinkedIn content creation is a plus

  • Prior experience in sales support or administrative roles is an advantage

  • Previous experience in the IT industry is required

  • Willingness to work according to U.S. time zones (4:00 - 13:00 EST)
