Departmental Training Manager

Your Mission:

• Develop and manage training programs for staff in line with the company's goals and strategy (priority: VIP and Call-Center departments).
• Conducting an assessment of employee training needs and developing corresponding training plans.
• Organization of onboarding, training sessions, seminars, and workshops adapted to the needs of different departments and employee levels.
• Participation in managing internal and external trainers, ensuring their effective work and professional development.
• Assessment of training effectiveness and development of measures to improve educational programs.
• Interact with other departments to ensure that training meets the company's business needs.
• Implementing new methods and technologies in the learning process increases its effectiveness and accessibility.
• Creation of training courses for employees weekly, monthly, or annually.

Your Unique Contribution:

• At least 1 year of experience in your department.
• Experience in Gaming.
• Computer literacy.
• English language proficiency: at least B2 level. Preferably, C1.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; positive thinking.
• Ability to quickly and effectively search for and systematize information and work with open data sources.
• High performance and ambition, ability to work under tight deadlines and changing conditions.
• Planning skills and ability to independently organize the work process.
• Willingness to make reasoned decisions and show initiative.
• Attention to detail.

• Specialized education; courses (business trainer, organizational coaching, teaching)
• German language: B2 or higher.
• Interest and desire to develop in the field of EdTech.
• Experience working with LMS.
• Ability to work with AI.
• Experience in project management will also be highly appreciated.
