The Kazakhstan Office Management team is in search of an a proactive and initiative-taking Office Manager in our office in Almaty!
Responsibilities:
- Organizing the company's document flow, including receiving and sending, and accounting for correspondence.
- Providing the office with office supplies, drinking water, and consumables; record keeping, receiving, storage, and issuance.
- Controlling the work of internal office services (cleaning, technical services).
- Interacting with suppliers, executing contracts and orders, and maintaining related documentation.
- Maintaining order in the office and organizing additional cleaning if necessary.
- Accounting for office maintenance and supply costs.
- Supporting employees in organizing their workplaces and services, and accounting for office attendance.
- Organizing the purchase of small equipment and furniture. Interacting with employees in the office and assisting with organizing events. Interacting with cross-functional teams.
Requirements:
- Higher or specialized secondary education.
- Experience in a similar position (office manager) of at least 2 years.
- Knowledge of Russian is a must (knowledge of Kazakh and English is desirable).
- Responsible and attentive attitude towards tasks.
- Skills in working with office equipment and office programs, and the ability to interact with suppliers.
- Positive attitude and willingness to help colleagues in solving work tasks.
