We Offer

  • Fully remote work with 5-day workweek (9:00-18:00 UAE time, weekends/holidays per UAE calendar)
  • Salary: $800/month (contract-based, paid in USD)
  • Service agreement with UAE-registered company

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support for HR and business processes, including onboarding/offboarding, contract preparation and documentation across multiple jurisdictions
  • Manage HR and administrative tasks in Bitrix24 (our internal system)
  • Assist with projects in internal communications, training & development, and corporate events
  • Support the HR Director in implementing policies and procedures
  • Handle various business support tasks as needed

Requirements

  • Fluent English (C1+) - both written and spoken (mandatory)
  • Systems thinking, attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in B2B sector
  • Computer literacy - experience with CRM systems, Google Docs, MS Office
  • Prior experience as business assistant, office manager or similar role preferred
