Our client is the new generation of lending company in SE Asia, starting with Indonesia first. It helps SME's in SE Asia receive working capital in one day.

Company simplifies complex data, helping businesses make informed decisions, optimize product performance, manage stock levels effectively, and gain a competitive edge in their market by staying ahead of the competition.

We are looking for BDM with relocation to Manila (Philippines) who will find new clients and manage the future relationships.

Your tasks:

  • Searching for and attracting new SME clients, establishing and maintaining long-term relationships.
  • Market analysis and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and expand the client base.
  • Interacting with clients to understand their needs and offer optimal solutions.
  • Cooperating with internal teams to ensure a high level of customer service.

Our expectations:

  • Readiness to relocate to Manila (Philippines).
  • Experience in banking or microfinance organizations from 1 to 3 years with focus on small and medium enterprises (SME).
  • Good written and spoken knowledge of English.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and quickly adapt to changes.
  • Striving for high results and developing professional skills.
  • Knowledge of the Southeast Asian market will be an advantage.
