We are a dynamically growing international online store operating in the UAE market.
Currently, we are looking for a Head of Sales Department who will help us build an effective sales strategy, form a strong team, and achieve ambitious goals.

Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy:
Develop and implement a sales strategy aimed at increasing revenue and profitability.
Analyze the market, competitors, customer demand, and the effectiveness of current sales.

Team Formation and Management:
Recruit, onboard, train, and motivate the sales team.
Develop a KPI system and monitor the achievement of sales targets.
Implement scripts, CRM systems, and best practices to enhance the customer experience.

Key Client Management:
Build and develop relationships with investors, property owners, and B2B clients.
Oversee deals and lead negotiations.
Process Optimization and Reporting:
Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities.
Automate and improve business processes.
Prepare reports for senior management.

Requirements:
Proven experience as an SDM or in a similar role in sales (e-commerce, real estate, furniture, B2B) min. 2 years.
Experience managing a team of 5+ people and building a sales system.
Proficiency in CRM systems, analytics tools, and sales funnels.
Experience in the market outside Armenia.
Fluent English and Russian are required
