- Direct KPI management (CRRR & Repair result, Diagnostic, Component repair)
- ASC support (Q&A, mail, chat)
- RMA process authorization
- ASC Technical Training (new model, s.bulletin)
- Quality (issue collecting, coop with HQ)
- PL case reason investigation and other dept support (VOC, WH, Logistic)
- University degree, preferable technician
- Engineering experience (Digital appliances technic)
- Trainings
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Uzbek, Russian and English
- Programs MS Office (advanced), Excel
