Responsibilities:

- Promoters' Bonus Scheme/targets

- Promoters' evaluation

- Retail cost verification

- Field force payments & closings

- Cost ratio monitoring

- Promoter's productivity review & improvement action

- Finance analysis

Requirements:

- Higher education (preferable finance field)

- Strong communication and analytical skills

- Client orientation & execution capability

- English - Intermediate, Excel (Power BI) are preferable
