Now we are searching for copywriter with focus on SMM who can create marketing messages in close collaboration with designers and marketers.
What we expect:

You're confident writing in British English.

You know how to create clear, concise, and engaging copy that fits the tone and format of each platform.

You’re curious by nature—ready to ask questions, research trends, and dig deep to understand briefs.

You always consider the context, format, and target audience before writing.

You’re familiar with writing for different social platforms (X, LinkedIn, Telegram, etc.).

You stay up-to-date with SMM trends, formats, and best-performing content types.

You have a passion for creative campaigns and hands-on experience bringing them to life.

You’re comfortable with communicating in Russian.

You’re highly self-organised, proactive, and comfortable with working in fast-paced content cycles.

You're open to growing across various writing formats—from social media to TV scripts.

You already use AI tools to enhance your productivity, ideation, and speed.
What may become your advantage:

Experience in fintech or other finance-related projects.

A passion for structuring information and streamlining messaging.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate across workflows.

Experience working with content creators, influencers, or agents.

Familiarity with data-driven content: reading insights and improving copy based on performance.
What you will do:

Write scroll-stopping copy for social media assets: tweets, captions, stories, carousels, reels, etc.

Tailor messages for different platforms and formats, always considering the strategy behind them.

Craft scripts for video content and ads — from 15-second reels to longer-form branded content.

Collaborate with designers and marketers to develop high-converting ad creatives.

Participate in brainstorms for campaigns and content series.

Work closely with SMM specialists, analysts, designers, and other teams to keep content aligned and fresh.

Stay on top of what’s already been published — and keep improving it with every iteration.

Balance creativity with performance: write with both the brand voice and metrics in mind.

Participate in writers’ community activities, including cross-proofreading.
