As our projects continue to expand, we are looking for a Country Manager to drive growth and scale our new business direction.
What You’ll Do
- Manage operations in one or two geographical regions (geos).
- Oversee daily monitoring of product performance, financial metrics, CRM, call center operations, and other key business functions.
- Report directly to the Lead Country Manager.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of the Local Testing Manager.
- Lead the launch of new geos under different brands.
- Support and assist customer service teams, VIP specialists, and other departments in market-related operations.
- Conduct in-depth research on local markets and industry trends, adapting strategies accordingly.
What We’re Looking For
- Willingness to learn about the target country/region or experience working on European/Latam markets.
- Excellent customer service understanding.
- Strong people management and leadership abilities.
- International experience (living or working abroad) is an advantage.
- High level of cultural awareness and sensitivity.
- Understanding of ROI and Cost of Acquisition.
- Experience in Affiliate partnerships is desirable.
