One of the Holding companies, headquartered in the US is looking for a Product Manager to join their dynamic team.

Company:

They integrate data from over 500 open sources, including social media, messengers, blockchains, and the Dark Web, to provide comprehensive visualisation and analysis for efficient investigations.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and analyze business metrics, communicate them to stakeholders, and make data-driven decisions accordingly
• Collaborate with IT and developers to refine tasks and integrate system requirements into product increments
• Build product analytics processes to ensure data-driven decision-making
• Validate hypotheses through product experiments and data analysis
• Collaborate with project manager and architect to develop and refine the product roadmap
• Conduct market and user research together with product owner to identify product opportunities
• Clarify and maintain the product vision, aligning it with business goals
• Stay current with industry trends and the competitive landscape

Requirements:

• 5+ years experience in Product Management, ideally in a Software Development (Saas)
• Strong focus on business objectives, with experience in making decisions based on data analysis
• Hands-on experience as an analyst, including building and optimizing analytics processes.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks, software development processes, and effective communication with technical teams
• Practical experience as a product manager in startups or fast-growing companies, driving product development in dynamic environments.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to refine tasks and drive product development
• Advanced level of English, Native/bilingual proficiency in Russian
