Job Summary:
The Country Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of DeFacto's operations in Kazakhstan, driving sales, profitability, and brand development. This role requires a strategic leader with a strong understanding of the Kazakh retail market and a proven track record of achieving business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Management Adaptation: Oversee the adaptation and execution of product strategies for the Kazakh market.
- Store Network Optimization: Implement store clustering, tiering and grading strategies to optimize the store network performance.
- Market Analysis: Analyze market mix requirements and conduct thorough competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
- Regional Strategy: Develop and execute strategies that account for regional differences in consumer behavior and market dynamics.
- Product Localization (Ornegin Product Tarafinda): Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure product offerings are appropriate for the local market.
Strategic Leadership:

Qualifications:

Excellent understanding of the Kazakh retail landscape, including consumer behavior and market trends.

Fluency in English and Russian, Kazakh language. Turkish is a plus.
