Responsibilities:
- Consumer map: Continuously deepen and improve the understanding of segmented consumers, iterate insights into segmented consumers in different price segments, and define different strategies;
- Scenario database: Cooperate with GTM to establish three main scenario databases (purchase, use and living habits) based on strategic consumer segments in different price ranges to provide more precise product creativity and brand content production strategies;
- Project requirements: Conduct research projects based on core paths and special requirements (such as color matching research and consumer decision/purchase journey CDJ) to verify decision assumptions and improve decision efficiency;
- Product review: AIPL review and verification after listing, and provide promotion optimization suggestions for products, brands, retail, and GTM.
Requirements:
- Proficient in conducting user interviews;
- Fluent in English;
- Experience in the mobile phone industry or consumer research is preferred.
