DigitalTeam is hiring! We are looking for Lead Generation Specialist / Sales Assistant to join our team.

Requirements for the position:

  • Experience in outsourcing/outstaffing IT companies as a lead generator or sales manager (Kazakh market).
  • Knowledge of lead generation tools.
  • Excellent level of written and spoken English (upper intermediate / advanced).
  • Ability to build rapport in a professional setting, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting thorough research on potential customers to understand their needs, pain points, and how our services can address them effectively.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with potential customers through regular communication and providing relevant information about our services.
  • Working with CRM: creating and developing a database, keeping track of all interactions with potential customers and updating relevant information in the CRM.
  • Coordinating calls, meetings, and communications between sales managers and customers.
  • Assisting in developing sales and marketing initiatives.
