About the Role & Who We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking talented, motivated individuals to join our dynamic Client Operations team — supporting U.S.-based clients in sectors such as healthcare, e-commerce, and tech.
As a Client Operations & Support Specialist, you’ll start by mastering core responsibilities like accurate data entry, managing operational tasks, and responding to client inquiries via apps, email, and phone — all while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
Depending on your interests and strengths, you may grow into one of the following career paths:
- Medical Biller – Review medical records and superbills, enter procedure and diagnosis codes (ICD/CPT), submit claims, follow up on denials, and communicate with insurance providers and patients.
- Claims Adjuster – Analyze and process insurance claims, investigate missing or incorrect information, collaborate with carriers, and resolve claim denials or disputes.
- Data Analyst – Compile and analyze large sets of operational data, generate reports and dashboards, and deliver insights that support business decisions and performance improvement.
- Personal Assistant – Provide administrative support to executives or clients, manage calendars and travel arrangements, organize tasks, and ensure smooth day-to-day coordination.
- Amazon PPC Specialist – Create and optimize Amazon advertising campaigns, analyze performance metrics, manage ad budgets, and help clients improve product visibility and ROI.

Schedule:
- Full-time: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (EST/New York time)
- Almaty time:
• 18:00 – 02:00 during Daylight Saving Time (March–November)
• 17:00 – 01:00 during Standard Time (November–March) - On-site position from our office
