We’re growing and looking for a Sales & Lead Generation Manager who can drive new B2B client acquisition through smart outreach, strong copywriting, and effective funnels.
Your Responsibilities:

Create and test cold outreach scripts (LinkedIn, email, etc.)

Launch and manage outbound lead generation campaigns

Write concise, high-converting sales copy

Identify, qualify, and engage potential B2B clients

Optimize messaging sequences to boost reply and conversion rates

Collaborate with the team to align sales and marketing workflows
What We Expect:

Experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or business development

Strong copywriting skills, especially for cold outreach and email sequences

Proven ability to build and execute a client acquisition strategy — from finding leads to closing deals

Using SEO or Google Ads as part of a B2B lead generation toolkit

Sales funnel setup and optimization

Will be a plus: successful email marketing and nurturing campaigns in B2B
