We’re growing and looking for a Sales & Lead Generation Manager who can drive new B2B client acquisition through smart outreach, strong copywriting, and effective funnels.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Create and test cold outreach scripts (LinkedIn, email, etc.)

  • Launch and manage outbound lead generation campaigns

  • Write concise, high-converting sales copy

  • Identify, qualify, and engage potential B2B clients

  • Optimize messaging sequences to boost reply and conversion rates

  • Collaborate with the team to align sales and marketing workflows

What We Expect:

  • Experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or business development

  • Strong copywriting skills, especially for cold outreach and email sequences

  • Proven ability to build and execute a client acquisition strategy — from finding leads to closing deals

  • Using SEO or Google Ads as part of a B2B lead generation toolkit

  • Sales funnel setup and optimization

  • Will be a plus: successful email marketing and nurturing campaigns in B2B
