NetCracker Technology Corp., a large IT company, a world leader in creating and implementing solutions for managing telecommunications operations, announces a competition to fill the vacant position of Group manager of the International Financial Reporting Department (Payroll and Treasury Group)

Job Description

• The International Financial Reporting Department supports the financial processes of NetCracker Technology Corporation branches in Europe, Middle East and Africa.
• The work includes management over payroll and treasury group, daily accounting of payroll and treasury activities according to local accounting standards;
• The position involves training and guidance from a senior colleague.

Responsibilities:

• The work includes monthly payroll processing for companies and branches under responsibility;
• Supervision over the group supporting Payroll and Treasury;
• One legal entity will be under full accounting control (responsibility to prepare balance sheet reconciliations, review activity, prepare financial statements and support annual audit if applicable);
• Cashflow and Expense forecasts review and update for the payroll related categories;
• Compensation plans audit (reconciliation of actual payrolls to HR database);
• Maintain and update payroll policies and processes, compliance control;
• Support of annual audits for all countries (preliminary reports, communication with auditors, answering queries);
• Processing special management requests (for financial analysis, cost control, etc.);

Requirements:

• Completed higher education, preferably in economics;
• Intermediate level of English;
• Over 5 year experience in Accounting;
• Excel on good level;
• Ability to cope with a large volume of tasks in a timely manner;
• Management/organizational experience will be a plus;
• The desire to learn and develop professionally.
