Technical Solutions Engineer

A fast-growing international AI company is looking for a Technical Solutions Engineer — a versatile professional who can design, implement, and maintain data-driven solutions, work directly with clients, and contribute to AI/ML projects at a global scale.

About position
Technical Solutions Engineers ensure the top-level delivery of the company's product, its correct configuration and deployment to solve customers’ needs.

We are looking for a person who’s comfortable working in technical environments, solving data-related tasks using Python. You should also be a good communicator, able to engage with customers directly and work in cooperation with commercial team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client-facing Communication:

• Analyze client needs and translate them into technical solutions;

• Support pre-sales and project execution processes;

• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams;

• Communicate technical ideas clearly in English.

2. Solution Building & Delivery:

• Design data labeling pipelines and ML workflow components;

• Build and configure integrations via APIs and SDKs;

• Ensure quality and efficiency of pipelines via experiments and testing;

• Take ownership of technical delivery in client projects.

3. Solution Maintenance:

• Monitor pipeline performance and resolve incidents;

• Analyze errors and improve data quality;

• Continuously optimize solutions using modern tools and technologies.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in roles like Data/Systems Analyst, Data Scientist, Solutions Engineer, or Technical Project Manager;

• Proficiency in Python (pandas, numpy, API/SDK integration);

• Experience with multi-stage pipelines and system integration;

• Understanding of software development principles (version control, testing, CI/CD);

• Basic knowledge of machine learning concepts and data quality metrics (accuracy, recall, precision, F1);

• Confidence communicating with engineers and clients in English (C1);

• Experience in fast-paced, remote, and multi-project environments.

Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience with Apache Airflow;

• Exposure to crowdsourcing platforms or data labeling workflows;

• Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, or AI/ML experimentation.
