We create games in popular genres such as match-3, hidden object games, and mahjong solitaire. Our portfolio includes over 20 world-class projects, including Sherlock, Hidden City®, Mahjong Journey®, Homicide Squad®, Jewels series, and others.

We are currently looking for an experienced Product Game Creative Director to join the Game Product Team.
What you will work on:
  • Formulate and validate product hypotheses aimed at improving key metrics (retention, LTV, CPI, ROI);
  • Evaluate key features in terms of growth potential and quality;
  • Work with analytics to assess the effectiveness of implemented solutions;
  • Collaborate with marketing, user acquisition, and creative teams to enhance project marketability;
  • Lead the creation and validation of a unified design vision for new game concepts, ensuring product coherence across all stages — from idea to soft launch;
  • Review documentation and creative materials provided by teams;
  • Participate in the formation of core teams;
  • Analyze project performance (retention, monetization, CPI);
  • Research the market, generate new ideas, and track trends, player behavior, and genre benchmarks.
It’s important to us:
  • 5+ years of experience in game design or production, including at least 2 years in a product owner or game design director role;
  • Deep understanding of F2P mechanics and the mobile casual games market;
  • Strong analytical skills and confident work with metrics;
  • Team management skills with the ability to inspire and develop team members;
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to see the product within a business context.
Would be a great bonus:
  • Experience with hyper-casual or mid-core genres;
  • A portfolio of successful commercial launches;
  • Fluent English (spoken and written).
