Responsibilities:
- Provide professional and confidential administrative support
- Assist with preparation of reports, presentations as required
- Coordinate meeting bookings
- Assist with administrative and office management projects when required
- Coordinate teleconferences and video conferences
- Order and maintain stationery, kitchen, and general supplies as required
- Process invoices as required
- Communicate and coordinate facilities issues and requests
- Assist with the organisation of activities
- Translation of documents
Education:
- University Degree
- Knowledge of English language
- Min 1 year of simular experience
