What is to be done:
- Legal support and servicing of legal entities;
- Preparation of corporate documents;
- Interaction with banks/payment systems: preparation and formation of responses to bank requests in Russian and English;
- Collection of information for preparing responses to standard and non-standard requests of the bank;
- Monitoring and control of the timing of the provision of information on the request received from the bank\payment system;
- Preparation of responses to requests from the Bank\Payment systems;
- Interaction with related departments and banks to prepare a response to bank appeals.
Our expectations from the candidate:
- Higher legal/financial education;
- At least 1 year of experience in this position in the banking/international consulting/payment systems;
- Knowledge of international corporate and banking law;
- Knowledge of English not lower than Upper-Intermediate;
- Responsible approach to work, attention to detail, analytical thinking, and focus on results;
- The ability to quickly navigate and work with a large amount of work;
- Knowledge of Word and Excel.
