Dynamics 365 Production Control / Supply Chain Consultant

We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics Consultant with experience in implementing D365 Finance & SCM (Dynamics 365 F&O or AX 2012) and focus on Production сontrol and discrete manufacturing. In this role you will work with international clients and help them to implement effective and modern solutions into their work.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation and configuration of the Production Control module in Dynamics 365 SCM for discrete manufacturing businesses
• Analyze client requirements, identify gaps, and design solutions using standard D365 functionalities
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to map processes and provide functional specifications
• Configure production parameters including BOMs, routes, resources, production orders, job scheduling, capacity planning, and costing
• Support integration between Production Control and other modules such as Inventory Management, Procurement, Sales, and Master Planning
• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Assist in post-implementation support and continuous system improvement initiatives

Required skills & qualifications:

• Proven experience (3+ years) in implementing D365 Finance & SCM (Dynamics 365 F&O or AX 2012) with a focus on Production сontrol and discrete manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, lean principles, and shop floor operations.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Ability to write clear functional documentation and training materials.
• Microsoft certifications in D365 SCM (preferred but not mandatory)

Preferred experience:

• Experience working with multi-site, multi-company manufacturing setups
• Exposure to Power Platform tools and integrations with D365
• Knowledge of standard costing vs. actual costing models in production
