Administrative Support:

  • Organizing and coordinating internal meetings, meetups, and negotiations, both in-person and online.

  • Managing electronic document flow using platforms like Confluence, Notion, Google Workspace.

  • Handling corporate correspondence and managing executives' calendars; arranging business trips and travel logistics.

  • Supporting a positive office environment by ensuring the team has everything needed for comfortable work.

HR Functions:

  • Managing the full onboarding cycle for new employees: from document processing to conducting welcome sessions.

  • Maintaining and updating electronic HR databases.

  • Handling employee hiring, transfers, and terminations in compliance with local labor laws, focusing on process automation and efficiency.

  • Collecting and analyzing HR metrics (staff turnover, employee engagement, adaptation success rates).

  • Participating in corporate culture initiatives: organizing events and internal communication activities.

  • Supporting performance review processes and contributing to employer branding projects.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Secretary, Administrative Assistant, or HR Assistant (experience in fintech or IT sectors is a plus).

  • Strong multitasking and time management skills.

  • Fluent English, both written and spoken (upper-intermediate level or higher).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency with modern digital tools and platforms.

  • High attention to detail, responsibility, and a proactive approach to tasks.

  • Full-time, office-based position (Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM).
