Enjoy Camp is a network of immersion language camps in Russia, focused on merging together fun and development. We strongly believe that learning English in a camp environment should be done through engaging activities focused on developing various non-language skills like critical thinking, problem solving, creative thinking, while connecting the language knowledge to non-language contexts by learning about the world IN English at workshop courses children choose for themselves.

Our programs are focused on the campers’ intellectual and emotional development through their interests, and teachers sharing their own passions with their students.

We welcome professionals well-versed in different teaching approaches and open to experimentation.

WORKSHOP TEACHER

Position: Camp Workshop Teacher

Salary: 2000-4000 per day

Locations:

• Moscow region

• Anapa

Requirements:

• Experience teaching kids and teenagers

• Expertise in a scientific or art-related field

• Advanced or Proficiency English level

Note that one of the requirements for a teaching position is to possess expertise in a field not related to language teaching (i.e. science, art, drama, urban design, journalism, etc.).

We’re looking for someone who will be not just an ESL teacher, but a mentor, sincerely interested in getting to know their students. Working in the camp is an opportunity to express your creativity, venture into the unexplored depth of your professional passion while being an inspiration to the new generation. It is a place to experiment and progress free of the bounds of school curriculum.

Responsibilities:

• Teaching a series of workshops (depending on your field of expertise) 4 academic hours (45mins) per day

• Taking part in developing the workshop curriculum

• Leading a language club of your choice (1-2h per day) - board games, sport games, debates, role plays, etc.

• Participating in extracurricular activities and camp events

• Being an active part of the camp society

Working Conditions:

• completion of a test task (recording a video response to a case situation)
• participation in an online training

• overnight camp, 11, 14-day sessions (staying at the campsite overnight is optional)

• meals and accommodation provided

• payment method: temporary contract or self-employed
