REQUIREMENTS:
- Higher education: Technical / Economics / Management / PR / Social Science
- A minimum B2+ English is required
- Good knowledge of the MS Office (Outlook, Power Point, Excel, Word, MS Project / Primavera (optional), MS Power BI or Super Set (optional)
- Experience in Project Control, Progress Reporting, Data Analysis, Quantity Survey
- Experience in preparation of reports, presentations, dashboards
- 3-5 years of experience as Reporting specialist / Project Administrator or Coordinator / Scheduler / Cost Control Specialist

- Daily monitoring of construction execution progress by subcontractors, delay analysis, adjustment of workfront forecast
- Preparing project reports (daily/ Weekly)
- Checking Subcontractor’s Planning Package (Schedule L4, Manpower, Equipment, Curves etc.)
- Updating L3 schedule monthly wise
- Check Sub-contractors Daily, Weekly and Monthly progress reports
- Participation on weekly progress meetings with Subcontractors
- Visualization of data (schedules, Gantt charts, diagrams);
- Development of daily-monthly work schedules;
- Development of commissioning schedules;
- Analysis of project documentation;
- Calculation of work volumes using information models ;
- Maintaining a cumulative summary statement of work volumes.
- Preparation / updating of Excel: charts, bars, diagrams, curves, etc.
- Flexible work schedule 5\2, 08:00-09:30 to 17:00 - 18:30, on Friday until 17:00, lunch 45 minutes;
- Office location - m.Shabolovskaya in walking distance;
