Social Media Marketing Manager (SMM-менеджер)

We continue to expand the team and is looking for a SMM Manager. We need a true, experienced, and accomplished professional who shares our culture and values.

Responsibilities:

• Development and implementation of social media promotion strategies (Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Creation and management of content (texts, images, videos) for social media publications.
• Planning and execution of advertising campaigns on social media.
• Analysis and reporting on the effectiveness of SMM campaigns, providing recommendations for optimization.
• Collaboration with the Influencer team to conduct joint giveaways.
• Interaction with subscribers and clients, moderation of comments and feedback.
• Research and analysis of the target audience, trends, and competitors.
• Support and development of the brand image on social media.
• Working with analytics and reporting tools.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience as an SMM specialist.
• Knowledge of major social platforms and their features.
• Experience in conducting advertising campaigns on social media.
• Excellent copywriting skills.
• Ability to work with analytical tools and interpret data.
• Creative approach to problem-solving, attention to detail.
• High level of self-organization and responsibility.
• Experience working in a team and ability to communicate effectively with colleagues.
