Key Account Manager / Project Manager (Менеджер по работе с ключевыми клиентами)

Responsibilities :

• Developing trustworthy relations with clients;
• Acting as an intermediary between key clients and internal teams, ensuring all client’s requirements are met;
• Implementation of appropriate strategies, achievement of key planned indicators (KPI);
• Track project progress in a timely manner;
• Providing regular reports to the client, as well as suggesting further actions;

• Educational background: bachelor degree and higher (preferably in economics or finance);
• English Upper-Intermediate or higher (B2-C2);
• Experience in business correspondence;
• Ability to work effectively in a flexible and changing environment;
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Proactive & self-motivated in achieving goals;
• Strong organizational skills;
• Strong communication and negotiation skills;
• Client-oriented;
• Excellent user of MS Word, Excel, Power Point;
