LeverX (Emerline) seeks a Lead Generation Manager to represent, develop, and nurture our business. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to leverage their experience at a global IT partner with an established client base and strong IT delivery capacity.

Requirements:

  • 1–4 years of experience in IT outsourcing

  • Strong communication skills.

  • Upper-Intermediate level of English

  • Comfortable with LinkedIn, email outreach, CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot).

  • Understanding of the software development lifecycle.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify potential leads and opportunities in the IT outsourcing space (web, mobile, AI/ML, DevOps, etc.).

  • Outreach via LinkedIn, emails and other platforms.

  • Constant collaborate with internal team.

  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing leads in the pipeline.

  • Track activities and deals in the CRM system.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity.
