Job Responsibilities
- Provide legal support in coordination with the Head of Legal Services and senior legal staff on matters related to the Company’s operations;
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents, including agreements with service providers and external partners concerning marketing, HR, corporate, managing properties, and real estate transactions matters;
- Offer legal guidance to internal departments, including HR, Marketing, Property Management, and Business Development;
- Assist with legal and corporate matters related to the Company’s EU-based subsidiaries (tied agents);
- Support the development and maintenance of internal legal documentation, templates, and policies;
- Prepare legal memoranda, opinions, and contract summaries;
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure legally sound business practices;
- Stay up to date with relevant legal, regulatory, and industry developments;
- Perform additional legal tasks and support as required based on business needs.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of relevant legal experience in supporting marketing, HR, corporate, managing properties, real estate transactions matters, either in-house (preferably within a CIF or fintech company) or at a law firm servicing financial institutions or tech clients;
- Law degree from a civil law or common law jurisdiction; LLM or international legal exposure is a strong advantage;
- Solid hands-on experience drafting, reviewing, and managing legal documents and contracts governed by English law;
- Proficiency in drafting various legal documents in both English and Russian;
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills;
- High attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive approach to managing multiple responsibilities;
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a legal team and cross-functional teams;
- Strong multitasking abilities with effective prioritization and time management;
- Positive, professional attitude with a team-oriented mindset.
