Required skills:

  • Experience as a Data Engineer or an Analytics Engineer focusing on Azure services and Microsoft Fabric.
  • Hands-on experience with Fabric components: Lakehouse, OneLake, Data Pipelines, Dataflows Gen2, Data Warehouse, Power BI Integration.
  • Strong programming skills in T-SQL, KQL, and DAX.
  • In-depth understanding of Data Medallion architecture, Data Quality approaches in Data Analytics solutions, and data modeling principles: 3NF, Data Vault 2.0, OBT, Dimensional Models, OLAP Cubes.
  • Extensive experience with Power BI: building and optimizing dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
  • Experience implementing and managing data warehouse solutions using the Azure and Microsoft Fabric tech.
  • English B1+.

Nice-to-have skills:

  • Experience with Databricks or Snowflake data platform.
  • Certifications: Fabric Analytics Engineer Associate (DP-600), Power BI Data Analyst Associate (PL-300), or other Microsoft-issued certifications.
  • Experience with data governance tools and security frameworks.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement analytics systems leveraging Microsoft Fabric and Azure Analytics Services: Databricks, Azure Synapse Analytics.
  • Develop and manage robust semantic models that optimize storage, retrieval, and analysis of data.
  • Create and optimize Power BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations to enable data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate closely with data scientists, data engineers, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver optimized, scalable solutions.
