Required skills:
- Experience as a Data Engineer or an Analytics Engineer focusing on Azure services and Microsoft Fabric.
- Hands-on experience with Fabric components: Lakehouse, OneLake, Data Pipelines, Dataflows Gen2, Data Warehouse, Power BI Integration.
- Strong programming skills in T-SQL, KQL, and DAX.
- In-depth understanding of Data Medallion architecture, Data Quality approaches in Data Analytics solutions, and data modeling principles: 3NF, Data Vault 2.0, OBT, Dimensional Models, OLAP Cubes.
- Extensive experience with Power BI: building and optimizing dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
- Experience implementing and managing data warehouse solutions using the Azure and Microsoft Fabric tech.
- English B1+.
Nice-to-have skills:
- Experience with Databricks or Snowflake data platform.
- Certifications: Fabric Analytics Engineer Associate (DP-600), Power BI Data Analyst Associate (PL-300), or other Microsoft-issued certifications.
- Experience with data governance tools and security frameworks.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement analytics systems leveraging Microsoft Fabric and Azure Analytics Services: Databricks, Azure Synapse Analytics.
- Develop and manage robust semantic models that optimize storage, retrieval, and analysis of data.
- Create and optimize Power BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations to enable data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate closely with data scientists, data engineers, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver optimized, scalable solutions.
