Responsibilities:
- Development and Implementation trade strategy in pharmacy chains, pharmacies.
- Pharmacy capacity building and categorization of pharmacies.
- Conducting commercial negotiations.
- Creating and implementation a trade marketing tools.
- Managing, training, and coaching of the KAMs.
- Plans trade-marketing events for a year, quarter, month.
- Analyzing and correction of the effectiveness and efficiency of marketing agreements.

Experience as NKAM in FMCG or Pharm sphere. We are also ready to consider candidates from positions like Senior KAM or Regional manager with experience with retail chains.
