Responsibilities:
  • Development and Implementation trade strategy in pharmacy chains, pharmacies.
  • Pharmacy capacity building and categorization of pharmacies.
  • Conducting commercial negotiations.
  • Creating and implementation a trade marketing tools.
  • Managing, training, and coaching of the KAMs.
  • Plans trade-marketing events for a year, quarter, month.
  • Analyzing and correction of the effectiveness and efficiency of marketing agreements.
Requirements:
  • University degree

  • Experience as NKAM in FMCG or Pharm sphere. We are also ready to consider candidates from positions like Senior KAM or Regional manager with experience with retail chains.

  • Intermediate English

  • People management experience.

  • Efficient Computer Skills.
