Here, in EY Parthenon department we have a position for those who are ready to analyze the market, propose new ideas and are not afraid of multitasking!
What will you do:
- NBD Hygiene
- CCA EYP Department’s CV database preparation & maintenance on a SharePoint in the form of PPT;
- CCA EYP Credentials database maintenance on Corporate website;
- Gathering of projects information needed for credentials upon closure. Coordinating engagement managers to fill in the Discover database;
- Organization of credentials/case studies for the last 15 years by projects, clients and industries in MS Excel;
- Keeping updated “About EY” information for use in proposals
- Organization of proposals for the last 10 years by projects, clients and industries in MS Excel and at the SharePoint;
- Maintaining up-to-date information regarding opportunities in CRM (lapsed opportunities) through reminders to the team;

Proposals & Tenders
- Gathering documents for tenders/proposals from the team, finance, in-house legal, marketing;
- Participation and coordination of the preparation of tenders/proposals in compliance with International Financial Institutions’ requirements (e.g., EBRD, World Bank, etc.);
- Development of Proposal Master Template;
- Participation and coordination of the preparation of regular services proposals based on the Proposal Master Template;
- Preparation of relevant additional documentation for the potential clients (case studies, pitches, presentations, etc.);
- Keeping track of proposal submission deadlines;
- Maintaining up-to-date company corporate information on tender platforms and updating tariffs
- Timely update of Diplomas and Certificates database

Market intelligence
- Collaboration with internal Sector teams and collection of industry overviews for proposals and reports;
- Market research, monitoring, mapping, update of information regarding new sectors;

Other Administrative tasks
What skills do you need to have:
- Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Marketing or similar spheres;
- Proficient in Excel, Power Point;
- English is a must;
