PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Support the implementation of HR processes and policies across the employee lifecycle, learning & development, performance management, and HR operations. Ensure a positive employee experience and support the Talent Manager in delivering people-related initiatives.
Main responsibilities & expected results:
Support core HR processes

Basic understanding of HR operations

Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
Assist in organizing training and development activities

Experience coordinating or supporting training events

Interest in learning & development

Strong communication and coordination skills
Maintain employee records and HR documentation

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Ability to manage confidential information with integrity
Contribute to employee engagement and well-being initiatives

Interest in employee experience and corporate culture

Team player with a proactive attitude
Assist in performance management cycles (goal setting, reviews, feedback collection)

Ability to organize and track processes

Comfortable working with data and reports
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field

1–3 years of experience in HR or administrative roles

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Proactive, organized, and eager to learn

English proficiency (Upper-Intermediate)

Motivated to grow in the field of HR and contribute to a positive employee experience
