Обязанности
- Conducting the contractual process and document flow with contractors together with procurement, legal and financial departments;
- Budgetary issues planning, plan fact analysis, transfer of budget balances;
- Formation of a draft agreement;
- Monitoring the conclusion of NDA and compliance with new counterparties, as well as monitoring the status of current contracts;
- Monitoring the conclusion of the contract, exchange of acts, preparation of a report on the work done;
- Accounting for existing documentation, sorting, grouping, archiving documents;
- Communication with counterparties regarding timely payments and exchange of documents;
- Tracking payment statuses;
- Correct reflection of costs in internal systems.
Требования
- Higher education (economics / finance / accounting / analysis and audit);
- Experience working with company budgets;
- Experience with contracts and basic reporting (invoices, certificates of work performed);
- English language not lower than B2;
- Good knowledge of office software: google docs, SAP, Oracle systems, etc;
- Attentiveness, responsibility, accuracy and high speed of work.
